Carol is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She migrated south to the Sunshine State in 2001 and relocated to Palm Coast in 2004 to become part of this quaint but growing city.  She enjoys the quality of life that Flagler County offers.  With pleasant beaches, miles of nature trails, convenient shopping, oceanside dining, and quick access to Jacksonville and Orlando, Palm Coast has proven to be a great place to live.

Carol has worked in the retail and hospitality industries in management, as an event coordinator, and on the development team for nation-wide entertainment complex.  Carol’s husband, Timothy Carroll, has worked for Watson Commercial Realty for over 10 years and inspired her to launch a career working for Watson Realty Corp. in residential real estate.  Together, Carol and Tim are ready to assist you with all your real estate needs!
